INNOVATION IS IN OUR DNA, THAT’S WHY WE WERE RECOGNIZED AT THE 2022 BRAZIL INNOVATION AWARDS!

CNH Industrial was recognized as the leading company in the automotive sector and the seventh in the overall ranking that evaluates the 150 most innovative companies in Brazil

CNH Industrial has once again been recognized by the Brazil Innovation Awards! The annual accolades, conferred by the Valor Econômico newspaper in partnership with the consulting firm Strategy &, systematically evaluate the innovation practices of companies operating across various industries in Brazil. The final rankings are based on four pillars of the innovation chain: intention to innovate, effort to realize innovation, results obtained and market evaluation.

This year, CNH Industrial was elected the most innovative of the Automotive and Large Vehicles Sector. Additionally, we were positioned in an all-time high seventh place out of 150 companies from 23 sectors in the general rankings

For Vilmar Fistarol, President of CNH Industrial Latin America, this recognition is undoubtedly the result of efforts to encourage the development of solutions and technologies internally, and also to seek the insight of suppliers, dealers, consumers and strategic partners to improve our products, processes and services.

"Innovation is one of our strategic pillars and this applies not only to agricultural and construction machinery, but also to processes and people. Innovation is made by people and for people in a diverse, collaborative and inclusive environment. This award highlights our culture and the way we invest in our human capital and in our entire value chain," he said.

"Our ranking in the 2022 Brazil Innovation Awards reflects the evolution of our work and the significant role the company’s innovation plays in Brazil’s global standing. We are accelerating processes for implementing technologies in segments that are critical to development, such as agriculture and construction. We know our purpose, listen to our customers, look at the market, anticipate trends and solve problems. We take the opportunity to gain a competitive advantage and stimulate the entire value chain, always thinking about how we can benefit our customers," Vilmar added.

Recently we also took another important step in our innovation journey by integrating Cubo Itaú, the major hub of technological entrepreneurship in Latin America. Composed of the vertical Agro Cube, a platform focused on agtechs, our company interacts with a wide network of startups, as well as market agents from various areas to develop projects together that promote new solutions aimed at relevant markets in the national and world economy.

Sergio Soares, CNH Industrial’s Global Director of Innovation, highlighted, "We now have employees from various areas of the company focused on using this entire structure to absorb, share knowledge and bring innovations that benefit our external and internal customers. They take advantage of these opportunities to add value, see potential and develop simplified digital solutions that are more agile and less bureaucratic in an open and collaborative way.”
