2022 was a busy year.
Our company has shown its strength, working together as One Team to overcome new challenges and roll out our latest exciting projects and products.
And with the great success of our recent Tech Day in Phoenix, Arizona, we ended on a high.
Now as we firmly look forward into 2023, here’s what Scott W. Wine, our CEO, has to say.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND TECH DAY
Tech Day took place from December 7-8 in Phoenix, Arizona.
The event arrived after months of hard work and preparation by our people all over the world. It was a massive effort, made possible through a strong One Team spirit and impressive dedication from the whole company, not just those who were there on the ground. Employees from the entire CNH Industrial family stepped up to make the event a success. Aside from the employees present, teams as varied as finance, logistics, human recourses, purchasing, commercial services, brand communications, amongst others, were hard at work back at their respective bases.
Across the two days, we welcomed over 80 attendees from the investment and media communities. Our goal? To show them the great progress we’re making in the Precision Technology space. We’re a company with more than just great iron, we’ve also got great tech.
Three key pillars shaped the day’s events: Automation – Autonomy – Connected Platforms.
Each day began with a plenary session. Attendees received presentations on our vision from our leaders and got to see discussions centered on topics such as Precision Tech, Sustainability and Smart Iron. You can watch the full session here!
Each afternoon, attendees rotated between seven different demo stations. There, they saw our advanced technology for themselves. It was a real hands-on experience, as they took the opportunity to ride and drive some of our impressive machines.
Over
products were on display!
A number of committed teams worked tirelessly on the ground to deliver an exceptional, large-scale event. Around 60 people were focused on the demo stations alone! Their passion certainly wowed the audience. It highlighted to them just how excited we are about building the future of agriculture.
